Use of the Principals as STEM Leaders project resources (PASL) is subject to the Terms of Use set out below. Please read and ensure you understand these Terms of Use prior to using the PASL resources.

If you proceed to use the PASL resources, your use will be taken as acceptance of these Terms of Use.

IN THESE TERMS OF USE:

Content means content (owned by DESE or a third party) appearing on the PASL webpages, but does not include content on any third party website or elsewhere;

Principals as STEM Leaders (or PASL) is the Principals as STEM Leaders project, but does not include websites to which the PASL project resources link to;

ASPA is the Australian Secondary Principals Association;

Third Party Website means a website that is owned and/or operated by a party other than the Australian Secondary Principals Association and the Australian Government Department of Education Skills and Employment.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Unless indicated otherwise, all intellectual property rights subsisting in the Content and the PASL project are owned by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment.

WEBSITE USAGE (browsing)

When you use the PASL website, Google Analytics autonomously record statistics and information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website.

These server logs may include information such as your server address, your top-level domain name (for example, .com, .gov, .au), the date and time of your visit to the site, your geographic region, the pages accessed, documents downloaded and hyperlinks clicked, the previous sites visited, the browser type, the browser language, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

This data recorded via Google Analytics is collected for statistical purposes only. No personal information is collected or stored on the PASL website. No attempt is made to identify you through your browsing other than in exceptional circumstances, such as an investigation into the improper use of the website.
